Old N. Capitol Hill home has an art-filled new life

The project all began when Nancy Weintraub called the firm Lead Pencil for a paint-color consultation in 2003. Now Lead Pencil meets leaded glass in Weintraub's living room. Of the fireplace, she says, "These were changes that changed everything, and they were not so expensive." The painting on the right is by Nancy's son, Josh.
