End of Seattle's free-ride zone to hit poorest of the poor hardest

Marc Wagner, 68, who lives downtown in a subsidized apartment, already has a senior pass for 75-cent Metro rides, so he says he'll have to pay a few more dollars a week for formerly free rides up and down Third Avenue.
