Revamped Bellevue Botanical Garden perennial border a dramatic delight

The Northwest Perennial Alliance Border at the Bellevue Botanical Garden is filled with trees, shrubs and flowers. The recently updated border is a sweep of color, thanks to plants such as fox tail lilies, lavender phlox and kniphofia.
