Urgent pleas from parents greet biotech's new drug

Jenn Mcnary's sons, Austin, 13, left, and Max, 10, were born with Duchenne muscular dystrophy, a degenerative neuromuscular disorder causing severe, progressive muscle loss and a premature death. Max is participating in a clinical trial of Sarepta Therapeutics' drug Eteplirsen.
