Bumbershoot day one: warm temperatures, mellow crowd

Dylan Neuwirth's giant neon sculpture is 12 feet in diameter and needed 600 feet of glass. It took six months to create and is called NOW. It's part of a visual-arts presentation in the Fisher Pavilion at Bumbershoot. Western Neon built it.
