Mercer gets 6 lanes, two-way traffic Monday

On the redesigned Mercer Street (seen looking west from a rooftop near where it meets Fairview Avenue), the lanes to the left of the divider will travel east toward I-5, while the lanes on the right will lead toward South Lake Union and Seattle Center.
