Steven Hensel freshens English-style brick cottage in Madrona

In the 1920s and '30s, speculative brick English-style houses filled a number of Seattle neighborhoods. Cavalier King Charles Spaniels Scout (the black dog) and Woody The Wonder Dog have the run of the front yard.
