Putting fashion first, right here in Seattle

Designer Olga Szwed is mic'ed up before being judged in the competition at The Bellevue Collection. Szwed, a native of Belarus, studied biology and chemistry before coming to the U.S. several years ago. After a family move brought her to Seattle, she studied fashion design at the International Academy of Design and Technology in Tukwila.
