Putting fashion first, right here in Seattle

Kate Mensah, right, wheels out a dress from her Kreat-ika label as Cynarah Ellawala watches. Ellawala was a judge for the fashion competition in Bellevue. Mensah, who says her inspirations are mountains, water and flowers, was chosen as one of six designers to compete.
