Putting fashion first, right here in Seattle

Sarah Butler of The Bellevue Collection helps wheel in a feathery gown by designer Olga Szwed, who works for private clients at her salon, La Belle Rêve, in Bellevue. Szwed earned a spot as one of eight finalists in the independent-designer competition to be held during Fashion Week at The Bellevue Collection next month.
