A Midcentury is perfected in Broadmoor

Downstairs holds a wine cellar for John, and a new laundry room/office for Nathan, who loves that sort of thing. Carrara-marble counters sit over Ikea cabinets. Lighting throughout the home was a collaboration between interior designer Robert Emil Arnesen and Nathan.
