Ocean liner was a 'botel' during 1962 World's Fair

NOW: Thanks to the Seattle Police Department for including Jean Sherrard in its waterfront patrol on June 29. Jean got a wake-up call at 6:30 a.m. from patrol vessel No. 9 as it passed through the Chittenden Locks. With just 30 minutes to make it to Washington Street for his "repeat," he skipped his home-roasted morning coffee.
