What a big bunch of garbage: but Roosevelt Landfill turns it into power

"Only waste comes in; only electrons go out" is the motto at Roosevelt, where a public/private partnership between Republic Services and the Klickitat County Public Utility District creates as much as 27 megawatts of electricity at the public utility district's new $70 million gas-turbine plant.
