What a big bunch of garbage: but Roosevelt Landfill turns it into power

When he was first hired 12 years ago, a falconer would arrive to work at Roosevelt and find thousands of sea gulls. Now, thanks to regular flights from his trained hawks, gulls of any kind are a rare site.
