What a big bunch of garbage: but Roosevelt Landfill turns it into power

Landfill worker Dede Bly uncovers a trash container at Roosevelt's "detarping station" before it can be tipped. In the winter, containers sometimes must take a detour through a warming station, because garbage can freeze into a multiton solid block.
