From Europe to Emerald, young jockey rides to spot among track's elite

Eliska Kubinova rides Tobiah's Journey after placing second on the horse last Sunday at Emerald Downs. Kubinova nearly gave up riding after a rough start as a teenager in the Czech Republic, her home country.
