Report on abuse scandal tarnishes Paterno legacy

Former FBI Director Louis Freeh speaks at a news conference Thursday in Philadelphia regarding his investigation into the Jerry Sandusky sex-abuse scandal. Freeh says the most "saddening and sobering" finding is Penn State senior leaders' "total disregard" for the safety and welfare of the ex-coach's child victims.
