The high cost of raising kids

Tiffani Fuller picks up Alexander Flett, left in hood, and his brother, Jeremiah, from Newport Heights Elementary in Bellevue recently. The boys' mother, Mary Flett, hired Fuller last year to take care of her sons after school and calls Fuller her "fairy godmother" for enabling her to go back to work full time.
