Goldman affiliate loses control of 11 Seattle, Eastside buildings

One Bellevue Center in downtown Bellevue is among the 11 properties in the portfolio of a Goldman Sachs affiliate. A receiver was appointed to oversee the 2.6 million-square-foot real-estate portfolio at the request of lenders who are owed about $900 million.
