Luxury doghouses and the dogs that couldn't care less

Lucy prefers a couch over the doghouse that was built from a single log retrieved from a swamp after Hurricane Katrina. Pet owners are spending hundreds and even thousands of dollars on customized doghouses, but the dogs don't always use them.
