Northwest made tackle its business, but the big ones are getting away

Longtime Northwest tackle designer and promoter Buzz Ramsey holds the payoff to a lifetime's work -- a squirming spring chinook just pulled from the Columbia River. Ramsey, for many years a Luhr Jensen spokesman, now works for Yakima Bait Company in Granger.
