Brad Khouri gives 3 families a lot on 1 Seattle lot

An Ikea shoe bin next to the front door keeps the entrance tidy at Sarah and Andrew Buhayar's. To conserve space, Andrew also built a bike shed out back and a desk into the wall of the guest room.
