Brad Khouri gives 3 families a lot on 1 Seattle lot

The frosted door here was the only change requested by the Buhayars when they found their side of the duplex, during construction. They credit the open stairwell, with windows, for the feeling of spaciousness throughout the three floors of their compact home.
