Brad Khouri gives 3 families a lot on 1 Seattle lot

Architect Brad Khouri bought the 1904 four-square in 2008 with a goal of preserving the home. He redesigned the kitchen and bath, updated the heating system, windows, insulation and roof. The duplex out back was built by g projects.
