Redmond exporter is collateral damage in Iran sanctions; latest seller makes bundle on Mastro building

Fred Harrington is the president of American Pulp and Paper in Redmond, which has sold Iran wood pulp used to make diapers. A U.S. order regarding Iran in February put $3.7 million owed to Harrington in a monetary no man's land.
