The sparks fly for Puget Sound innovators

Despite having nearly 30 Ph.Ds from a variety of fields on staff at Intellectual Ventures Lab, the mood is surprisingly light, even playful. Employees hung a plush toy bumblebee in one of the company's work rooms.
