Thomas Isarankura gives old Seattle condo a cool, new life

Condo owner Dawn Trudeau bought the living-room furniture at Modern Design Sofa in Seattle. "There's a lot of space, but at the same time it's a cozy little spot," she says. "I was sitting here a couple of months ago, and I watched the fog come down and cover up the Needle. It was like a curtain," she says. "That does not get old."
