Thomas Isarankura gives old Seattle condo a cool, new life

The dropped ceiling serves a couple of functions. "In a condo with a concrete floor and a concrete ceiling, it brings the opportunity for indirect lighting, and it allows us to do whatever we want with new electrical and mechanical," says designer Thomas Isarankura of Baan Design.
