A lost Seattle climber's family seeks an elusive peace

Somers' parents, Vi and Walt, had a memorial plaque made to place near the spot where their son disappeared on Sloan Peak. Because Forest Service officials advised against it, it has remained in a box in a closet for nearly 40 years.
