GI awarded Medal of Honor; paperwork lost for 3 decades

Rose Mary Sabo-Brown holds a photo of her husband, Army Specialist Leslie H. Sabo Jr., in her home in New Castle, Pa. Sabo was killed in 1970 in Cambodia during the Vietnam War and is to posthumously receive the Medal of Honor in a ceremony at the White House Wednesday.
