Gary Gladwish designs a glass house on Orcas for a lifetime

To say Marie Gladwish's Orcas house, designed by her son, Gary Gladwish, is understated would be an understatement. The elegance of it, however, grows from its simplicity and its low impact on the land. The 2,600-square-foot home was built by Schuchart Dow.
