'Where Wild Things Are' author Maurice Sendak dies

In the file photo above from July 1986, Maurice Sendak is shown with Patricia Barker as he works on the Magic Castle for Pacific Northwest Ballet's "Nutcracker" production, which has been presented at the PNB for many years.
