Rain drives May Day protesters away after earlier outbreak of vandalism

A man dressed as a rodeo clown and swinging a lariat, atop a decorated wagon, leads the annual May Day immigration-rights march through the Chinatown International District on South Jackson Street. The man calls himself Circus Maximus.
