Plan for new Ballard park stirs up battle over parking

Tom Ormbrek tries to draw a visual as to what the loss of parking along 14th Avenue Northwest might actually look like. Some of the conversion has already happened with the planting of flower pots. Ormbrek and some neighborhood residents are opposed to losing dozens of street parking spots.
