It was a bittersweet parting for the tenants of the 619 Western artist lofts in October, which had to be vacated ahead of construction on a new waterfront tunnel. Some artists working in the old, quake-damaged building left reminders of their presence, including this sketch on a window looking out to another Pioneer Square structure.
