Seattle reinvents its artists colony

Thomas Kolb of Bombus Bikes checks the alignment on frame components for a bike he's building by hand in his Inscape studio. Inscape developer Sam Farrazaino says artisans and craftsmen like Kolb help foster a creative energy that makes the historic building feel like a community, not just a work space.
