Lots of spring (and summer) snow fun on Oregon's Mount Hood

Mount Hood's most famous ski area, at Timberline Lodge, opened in 1937. The lodge, celebrating its 75th anniversary this year, was dedicated by President Franklin D. Roosevelt and still draws as many visitors as the snow.
