Local aid groups vow to keep helping Japan recover

Reverend Taijo Imanaka, a monastic priest from Koyasan Jiso Koden-sho Monastery in Mt. Koya, Japan, offers prayers before speaking to a crowd of about 200 near the Kobe Bell at Seattle Center. After a moment of silence, the Reverend rang the bell at 2:47 p.m. and then invited speakers and members of the public to ring the bell.
