David Coleman turns funky farmhouse into tower of strength

"I had actually designed a different stair, free-standing and made out of steel, but Greg and Joelle decided that was the perfect wall to put the TV on. We created that little room under the stair, because we all thought it would be a great spot for the kids to play. It also creates an interesting transparency."
