Sushi chef puts away his knife and cutting words

Chef Kazunomi Nozawa prepares dishes for customers at his restaurant Sushi Nozawa in the Studio City neighborhood of Los Angeles. Nozawa, a chef known for his advocacy of traditional Japanese sushi and his fearsome demeanor, is ending 47 years as a sushi chef.
