Seattle NBA arena no slam dunk: Teams, money required

As King County Executive Dow Constantine, left, looks on, Seattle Mayor Mike McGinn on Thursday announces at City Hall a proposal to build an arena in Seattle to lure NBA and NHL teams. The mayor called it "an exciting proposal, and it could mean big things for our community."
