UPDATE: Nearly 250,000 customers without power; PSE advice: email or Facebook us

A utility crew from Portland, hired to deal with power outages in the Puget Sound area, work to repair a power line early Thursday morning broken by downed trees last night. This work is being done on Brier Way near 29th Avenue West in Brier.
