Christina and Bruce Orchid's island home nourishes

"I just didn't want a big kitchen with commercial equipment at home," Christina Orchid says. "I didn't want to clean that stuff. I have a Bosch oven and an old Jade six-burner gas range top. There's just an undercounter SubZero refrigerator and freezer. I noticed I was buying a lot of food and it was just rotting in the refrigerator. A little refrigerator keeps me honest."
