Neighborhood of the week: Mount Baker

Nestled against Lake Washington and graced with verdant parks sloping to the shore, the neighborhood is considered one of the most racially diverse in the city. The neighborhood was the site of sawmills before developer J.C. Hunter purchased 130 acres in the area in 1905.
