Alaska, Washington in fishing-fleet tug of war

Two crab boats, North Sea and Bering Sea, leave their moorings in Seattle in late September and head to Alaska for the king-crab fishing season. The boats are owned by the Coastal Villages Region Fund in Alaska, which seeks to base the vessels in Alaska.
