A Seattle remodel for modern living and period charm

Before the remodel, a wallpaper border sat just below the dark-painted moldings in the living room. JAS Design Build helped Barbara choose new paint, replaced the badly chipped fireplace surround and built and installed the bookcases. They replaced an enormous chandelier with this fixture, which Barbara found in a Connecticut antique store.
