A Seattle remodel for modern living and period charm

That the dining room looks original is exactly why the Herringtons chose JAS Design Build for their project. The room is smaller than it was, the moldings are new to match the living room, the window is larger, and all the built-ins were designed and built by JAS. The light fixture is a custom design covered with Kraft paper from Harold's in Wallingford.
