Scammers 'skimming' millions from area's ATMs

Robert Kierstead, assistant special agent in charge of the Seattle office of the Secret Service, on Monday holds a couple of kinds of bank-card readers that thieves install on ATMs to steal information from the cards, enabling later "skimming" of the accounts.
