In the pink: Low-tech reef netters haul in best salmon catch in years

Still as an eagle on a branch, reef netter Randy O'Bryant, left, waits and watches for pink salmon from a spotting tower on one of two reef-netting barges. When he spots a school, he calls out to the crew, which has only about 10 seconds to scramble and net the fish.
