Water, emotions flow at Ground Zero memorial

A woman cries over a name inscribed on the edge of the north pool at the National September 11 Memorial in New York during the ceremony marking the 10th anniversary of the attacks. It was the first visit to the tree-covered memorial plaza for victims' families.
